What is Frame Product?

Frame product is a general name given to the frame in which the interactive smart board is mounted. Frame literally means frame. This product, which is the smart frame surrounding the smart board, facilitates high-level teaching in technological classrooms.

The use of smart boards in public schools began with the Fatih Project. Accordingly, smart boards were placed in each classroom and these boards were connected to each other with a special network. The screens on the boards can be used easily by interacting with pens or by hand.

Our Frame product has the feature of a frame for smart boards, but when it is closed, it takes on the function of a blackboard. DKP, which is in the middle and has proven its strength to protect the smart board, is produced from sheet metal and aluminum material. It can be easily converted to blackboard mode thanks to the stoppers on both sides. Slowers also help this transformation happen.

What are the Frame Product Features?

All of the materials used for the frame, which is manufactured using DKP sheet or aluminum, are carefully selected and combined from solid and durable materials. Although DKP is heavier than aluminum, it is more preferred in some places. DKP sheet is obtained by passing the liquid steel through the casting stages and thickening it. Its thickness can be up to 20 mm. The degree of protection of the product it is framing is very high.

The other frame made of aluminum is preferred because of its light weight and easy assembly. In addition to its lightness and stylish appearance, it also has a high protective feature, although not as much as DKP. In this context, it can even be applied to plasterboard walls. Profile or sheet metal cage is also used to make the frame construction more robust during the mounting of the Frame product to the wall.

The stopper pieces on both sides help the whiteboards to stay in place during closing. With this product, which turns into a whiteboard when closed, the smart board and blackboard feature can be used at the same time. Thanks to this product, it is possible to get the highest efficiency from a product by saving both time and space.

Optionally, aluminum or DKP sheet frames are colored with electrostatic powder paint. This painting process protects the product against moisture and dust. At the same time, it provides a stylish look in harmony with the wall color in classrooms.

Features that Make Smart Boards Easy to Use

The most difficult situation for teachers during the use of the smart board is that they have to turn off the smart board when they want to write. Thanks to this product, the smart board in the middle enabled the addition of a blackboard to the sides. A special design that requires high engineering knowledge has been used in the design of our Frame product. This product, which is produced with superior features, can be easily used by private teaching institutions, schools and private education courses. It is even suitable for the use of non-formal education institutions together with kindergartens and nurseries.

Thanks to its smart board frame design, it offers the convenience of switching from smart board mode to blackboard mode with a single move. It takes this feature from a special rail system mounted on the smart frame. Rails are protected by locking mechanism. In this way, the sliding covers do not come off and stay where they should be.

According to the size of the space or class, the frame size can be preferred as 65, 75 and 86 inches. These sizes are the smart board screen size. The whiteboard wings designed as a sliding cover on the sides are not included in this size. When the interactive smart board is not in use, it is easily protected from external influences by being closed with the whiteboard wings in the form of a sliding cover. Although the use of smart boards in public schools takes place under the supervision of teachers, it is essential to protect the screen during breaks.

Since two of them are fixed and the other two are designed as sliding doors, Frame allows the use of smart board and whiteboard at the same time. In this way, the information that should be written while visual processing is performed on the smart board can be processed on the white board. The product is a product that also addresses the diversity of students' learning styles. While the information on the interactive screen disappears, the ones on the whiteboard remain until they are deleted.
